You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time, whether or not you’re able to sign in. How to request it depends on which app your account is on.
In the app: open Photishq, go to Profile, and tap Delete account. This deletes your account immediately — no waiting period, and no need to contact us.
By email, if you can’t open the app: email accounts@designoo.in from the email address or phone number your account uses, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may need to verify your identity first. We act on email requests within 30 days.
Deleted: your account and login, your name, email, and phone number, any selfie photo you uploaded for face matching, your face-recognition data (the numerical face template generated from that selfie), your active sessions, and your push-notification tokens.
Retained, anonymized: photo selections and favorites you made in a studio’s gallery are kept, with your identity removed — the record no longer shows your name, phone number, or any other way to identify you. This is because the photographer relies on those selections to produce the client’s final album or product; removing your identity from the pick without removing the pick itself lets that work continue for the studio’s client while still erasing your personal data.
Email accounts@designoo.in from the address (or with the phone number) associated with your account, and tell us:
We may need to verify your identity before completing the request, to make sure we’re not deleting someone else’s account. See the Privacy Policy, Section 4 (How to Delete Your Account and Data), for exactly what is deleted, what is retained, and why. We act on every request within 30 days.
